"WALKED IN LOOKING AT BIKES. WAS GREETED BY MAX AND I EXPLAINED TO HIM I WASN'T GOING TO BUY A BIKE BUT I WAS JUST LOOKING AND WISHING. "brought my wifes widglide in for service, we heard a loud knocking noise from the motor,,greg and the service dept , looked it over and determined after looking at the cams and the cam bearings etc,,,it was a loose exhaust pipe.. but when the road tested it they found that it didnt handle very well , and advised me that it needed a new head brearing adjusting washer,,i didnt realize this as i dont ride my wifes bike. but thanks to greg and the service dept it was taken care of , and now the bike handles as it should, a big thanks to greg and all involved"

"I didn't expect to be a repeat customer so soon, but I bought my wife her 1st bike last week a pearl yellow 1200 custom sportster, & I got jealous. I tried to get her to buy this (fxdyna street bob) but she said it was to big for her-in the back of my mind I wanted her to get it so I could ride it, well a week later I traded in my bike & bought that street bob, now we both got new bikes. Again Greg was great taking care of everything for us- he's a true asset to the company. This is our 3rd bike from Buffalo Harley, they treated us like gold, why would you go anywhere else!"

"I'm glad you opened the southtowns store it's a lot closer for me now since I live in Derby. Bought my 1st harley from the old Bailey Ave. store in 1998 from Jr. My wife has been bugging me for years for her own bike. I finally gave in & said lets go "LOOK" When we walked in the southtowns store we saw a pearl yellow 1200 custom sportster,all chromed out blinding us, no need to look any further she said. We knew this was her bike since she already has a yellow vehicle.
Greg took care of all the details, financing,etc. plus he was very patient showing us the details of the bike & showing us how the bike would look with all the accessories my wife asked about. We would like to thank all your staff for the way we were treated, and a smooth sales transaction.

"My Wife, Daughter and Myself walked into the store actually expecting a group of stuffy people, or so it was told to us by others claiming we needed to go to a different dealer. But determined to find out we split up in different directions, a 6 year old little girl headed for the Bikes, my wife to the clothing and I sort of Zig zagged my way around to see what happened. That's when it all happened! People were greeting my daughter and talking to her like she herself was the customer, my wife immediately befriended the girls at the clothing counter, and Greg Paprocki introduced himself to me like I was the most important person in that dealership. I explained that this was to be my first Harley, I waited 43 years to do it and I grew up wanting a Fatboy, and wanted Black. Greg took ample undistracted time with me to insure that the Bike I thought I wanted was in fact the right bike for me. I intentionally have not mentioned what my daughter was doing because I cold her her discussing bikes with the Parts guys, and then clothing and helmets with the girls. my whole family was being attended to and never once felt rushed. I am very pleased with my experience, my daughter now asks to go to the Harley store, and my wife even thinks she would like to apply for a job there some time in the future. We now have a great bunch of new friends and a great location to deal with.
Can't wait to buy my wife her first Harley..
